More Martha: Martha at Macy's UPDATE

So remember when we said that the Martha Stewart collection at Macys was coming in September? um... It's HERE! NOW!- I happened to go through Macy's tonight and was pleasantly surprised to see the whole set up! Oh my Martha- You done good! There is an entire Faux Bois collection that includes both bath and bedding. There are 4 colorways for faux bois. There's a butter yellow/creme combo, a soft taupe/cream, a light aqua/taupe, and a nice brown taupe. FAUX BOIS TOWELS people! They are gorgeous. The faux bois bath accessories were a lot more subtle in person as well. Very nice though- I didn't get a chance to go to the bedding section, but apparently there is also Faux Bois SHEETS! AND they have a seafoam comforter!! Again, all very muted, soft and sophisticated. RUSH to Macys to see it in person...

martha stewart crafts: woodgrain bonanza

We can always count on Martha for a little faux bois fix! Her new craft line at Michaels, which looks amazing, would not be complete without a little woodgrain action. Check some out here, here, here and here. And how gorgeous is it all?!! I can think of tons of uses for these papers and tapes and wrapping sheets... have any of you purchased any? what did you do with it?

woodgrain pillow at Target?

I recently posted about the new College O7 collection at Target over at HM. One of the things that caught my eye is what appears to be a woodgrain pillow on the bed in the more "woodsy" inspiration room.
That's woodgrain right? Not like... zebra or something.... am I right? It looks promising... sadly none of the links on the site are link'd up yet- So I'm keeping an eye out for it in stores. If any of you find it- let us know!!

Natural Elements Home collection at Rock Scissor Paper

Fellow woodnut Susie at Rock Scissor Paper wrote to us to let us know their Natural Elements Home collection is out and it's sooo cute! We (obviously) love the woodgrain pattern in the fun retro summer colors that you can get on coasters and tea towels! Susie told us, "...I have to say we were inspired by (its(k)notwood) to put our love of faux bois to print!" Yay! Thanks Susie! The world needs more faux bois! Check out the rest of the collection at their website!
